Planning- Working in tandem with you and your team, we first conduct a needs analysis and develop a complete understanding of your organization's IT culture.


Research and Search- With job specifications clearly in mind, we contact and profile potential candidates. Then we will recruit the selected persons and perform reference checks.

Candidate Presentation- In close coordination with the client , we will schedule interviews, after which we will help clients handle such issues as commitment, family considerations, the offer, candidate feedback and the appropriate next step.

Offer Negotiations- If the client prefers, we will act as the mediator in the employment offer, facilitating the acceptance and establishing a start date. 

Transition Assistance- We will counsel the selected candidate on effectively resigning and deflecting a counteroffer. If relocation is required, we will work with the client and the candidate on a suitable program. 

Ongoing Relationship- To be sure that the client and the candidate are completely satisfied with the hire, we will maintain ongoing contact. To accomplish these objectives, we have built an account team of skilled professionals, complemented by our "right-fit" services. A team project manager will be assigned to each clients account, supported by a project administrator, project specialists and research assistants.
